D.U.I. Program

Screenings
The preliminary interview and assessment of a client to determine whether education or treatment is required and referral (at least 6, one of which is TASC) made to a State certified DUI education or treatment agency. Includes administration, scoring and interpretation of the SASSI and MAST.

Level I Treatment
A cognitive-behavioral and reality therapy approach is utilized with a focus on, amongst other issues, stress management, coping skills, identifying triggers that lead one to use alcohol, alternatives to using, learning to take responsibility for one's actions, self-esteem, peer pressure, and how drinking negatively impacts significant relationships in one's life. Minimum of 36 hours.

Level II Education
A 16 hour didactic classroom intervention.

Random urinalysis testing is available for Level I and II per referral source request.
